Blair comes to Netcelerate with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial management and M&A. With previous experience in several Ottawa and Montreal based high technology firms, Blair has been the Chief Financial Officer of the following companies: AIT Advanced Information Technologies Inc., Cambrian Systems Corp., Dragonwave Inc., Atreus Systems Inc., PyroPhotonics Lasers Inc. and Anomalous Networks Inc. Blair has raised $100's of millions in structured and venture financing in his career and has contributed to the successful exit of many of the above referenced companies including the acquisition of Cambrian Systems Corp. by Nortel Networks for $300M in December of 1998. In April 2008, Blair played an integral role in the acquisition of Atreus Systems Inc. by Sonus Networks Inc., as well as the October 2010 acquisition of PyroPhotonic Lasers Inc. by Electro Scientific Industries Inc. Most recently, Blair was a fundamental contributor to the acquisition of Anomolous Networks by Tangoe Inc. in January 2012.
